A while ago (July 2014 to be exact) Eugene had a bad Korea day, and a run in at the Subway sandwich shop with a lady who was determined to communicate in English! Determined. This caused Eugene to write an epic rant on facebook that almost went viral among the expat community.

Well Young Suk Yang caught wind of this rant and decided to translate it for Korean readers. We decided to discuss with him about why he decided to do that, and ways that there are communication issues between Koreans and international residents.
